MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 10 minutes of shooting time, up to 5 digital images, and online gallery. Deposit of $99 (plus tax) is due upon booking to reserve your spot. Remaining balance of $150 (plus tax) due at session. No holds.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated). The deposit for this session could be used for another session throughout the year OR for next year's Santa Mini

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Carrie Jo & Co.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. Client will be granted print rights.
